The INT campus is located in Évry, 30 km south of Paris, in an area where many high-tech companies are situated (e.g. Arianespace, CNES, Hewlett Packard, IBM France). Established in 1979, INT is a public institution under the supervision of the French Ministry of Industry and is part of the Groupe des Ecoles des Télécommunications.
The Faculty includes 170 permanent professors and around 700 visiting lecturers, from both industry and other academic institutions, who lend their expertise to the whole spectrum of activities being carried out by the institute. INT thus provides a wealth of opportunities for interdisciplinary interaction in the fields of management and engineering, for faculty members, students and company executives. There are approximately one thousand students enrolled in INT programs, most of them living on campus or in the immediate vicinity.
Expanding international business requires professionals with finely tuned personal communications and cross-cultural management skills. As a result, the INT has traditionally been committed to an effective program in foreign languages and social sciences. Students have an opportunity to go abroad and pursue either an internship or an academic program.
