Italy: NUS - NEIKO New Media International Internship Programme
What is this programme about?
Established in 2003 outside the city of Venice, Italy, NEIKO New Media is an Italian company that specializes in media consulting. The mission of NEIKO is to help businesses improve their corporate communication. Products and services offered by NEIKO create a sense of appeal and modernity and include graphic design, video & multimedia, website, and ipad apps.
A NUS undergraduate student will have the opportunity to intern at NEIKO New Media for 5-6 months. NEIKO is looking for an intern with knowledge and expertise in graphic design and/or mobile application development.
Internship duties will include the following:

(Students will need to apply for a Leave of Absence in order to participate in the internship).

What is the internship content?
Academic credit MAY be available. Credit for the internship is strictly at the student’s discretion. Students interested in obtaining credit must work with their faculty for credit mapping. A list of SEP faculty coordinators and administrators can be found here. IRO does not apply for credit transfer on the students’ behalf.

Is visa required?
Students are to consult Embassy of Italy in Singapore to determine if a visa is required and to apply for an entry visa if needed.
