- Publicity and recruitment (Through info sessions, collaterals, website, OEP blog, etc.)
- Pre-departure sessions
- Advising (on accommodation, courses where applicable, application process, etc.)
- Debrief, mid-programme review/ feedback from employer and students
(if applicable)
- Financial aid (Administering IRO funding, IBF funding or suggestions of external organizations to approach)
- Networking opportunities with other interns on similar programmes
- Partner liaison
- Data management and tracking of students embarking on i-Intern via OPAS. Tracking of i-Intern operations available across departments and faculties.
- Working together with NCC (NUS Career Services) and encouraging students to attend NCC’s talks on interviewing skills, business etiquette, etc.
