INNOVATE 2010: Vietnam & Taiwan Now Accepting Applications!!
INNOVATE is a international academic conference for undergraduate and graduate engineering, science, and business students that examines the relationship between technology, globalization, and leadership in Asia. Through high-tech company site visits and meetings with key business, academic, and government leaders INNOVATE will help prepare delegates to become tomorrow’s technical leaders.
INNOVATE 2010 will be held in Vietnam & Taiwan from March 12 - 21 and will bring together up to 65 delegates from universities worldwide. Asia is the ideal place to look more closely at issues surrounding globalization, technology, and innovation in the contemporary marketplace and Vietnam and Taiwan are rich case studies on how countries are using technology as an economic catalyst. Vietnam has an ambitious goal of becoming a developed economy by 2020, and Ho Chi Minh City is perhaps the best venue to observe the challenges of becoming a modern city while preserving the cultural past. Taiwan's pursuit of an open, efficient and internationally competitive economy started with the initiation of the Corporate Globalization Policy in 1984 and has contributed greatly to the island’s remarkable economic growth in highly advanced and diversified industries.
Join INNOVATE 2010, a ten-day academic conference for undergraduate and graduate engineering, science, and business students that examines the relationship between technology, globalization, and leadership in Asia.
