Alliances and Networks
NUS is a member of eight global university networks that leverage on member universities’ diverse and distinctive strengths for excellence in education and research.
It plays a pivotal and leadership role in some of these networks:

1. Professor Tan Chorh Chuan is a Steering Committee member of APRU and NUS has hosted the APRU Secretariat in its campus since 2002. 2. NUS sits on the Board of Trustees for the ASEAN University Network. 3. NUS is a founding member of Universitas 21. 4. NUS is a Director in the APAIE board. |

NUS will continue its active participation in these global networks and develop impactful programmes to establish its leadership role in education and research in Asia.
