2013 IARU Presidents' Meeting


The 2013 International Alliance of Research Universities (IARU) Presidents' Meeting will be hosted by National University of Singapore (NUS) from 8 to 9 April 2013, at the NUS University Hall.

This year’s meeting will be chaired by the newly elected IARU Chairman, ETH Zurich President Professor Dr Ralph Eichler. The IARU Presidents meet annually in April to discuss higher education developments as well as strategic directions for new and ongoing IARU initiatives. The event is open to invited meeting delegates only.

Established in 2005, the International Alliance of Research Universities is an alliance of ten of the world's leading research universities – The Australian National University, ETH Zurich, National University of Singapore, Peking University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Cambridge, University of Copenhagen, University of Oxford, The University of Tokyo and Yale University. It is a strategic network of universities that share a similar vision and have a commitment to educating future leaders.
