Awards & Scholarships for Outgoing Students

University of Zurich Student Exchange Award
 

ETH Zurich offers a monthly award of CHF 1500 (max. 5 monthly rates per semester, subject to alterations) to one exchange student per semester from selected partners such as NUS. The award can also be split between students, e.g. for 2 students CHF 750 per student.

All NUS students selected for SEP to ETH Zurich would be automatically considered. NUS IRO would then recommend candidates to ETH Zurich based on CAP and content of SEP application form. ETH Zurich follows up with students selected for the award to instruct them about the further procedure only after arrival.

 
Application Procedures
 

The application is only by invitation. It is open and valid for SEP in ETH Zurich in both semesters. Due to the high number of students going on exchange to ETH Zurich but limited number of awards, only shortlisted students would be invited to apply. Students going in Semester One who do not receive any invitation by mid July and students going in Semester Two who do not receive any invitation by end November can conclude that they have not been shortlisted and would not receive the award.
