Accommodation

1. All student participants will be staying on campus in student residence hall, Prince George’s Park.  (http://www.nus.edu.sg/osa/housing/acc/pgpr.html) NUS is providing 6 nights of free accommodation in these single rooms.  (Check in 29th June & Check-out on 5th July)
   
   
2. For staff, we have block-booked Superior rooms in Park Hotel Orchard (formerly known as Crown Prince Hotel) at the corporate rate of S$205++ (approximately S$241.30) per night.  To make a booking, please click here.
   
   The last date for reservation is 28 May 2008.  Kindly note that transport to and from campus will be provided only for this location.

Costs

Most meals and costs for social events will be covered by NUS.  In addition, we are sponsoring six nights’ of accommodation for the students. 

Not included

• Airfare
• Airport transfer:  There are many convenient and affordable ways in getting to and from the airport (http://www.changiairport.com/changi/en/airport_guide/tofrom_ap/ap_tocity.html)
  For eg : one-way taxi fare from Changi Airport to NUS should be less than S$30
• Hotel accommodation (for staff)
• Some meals
• Expenditure during free time
• Personal travel & health insurance (strongly recommended)
• University t-shirt: In the spirit of networking and sharing of ideas, we would like all participants to bring a t-shirt from their home university for exchange.
