NIHA will conduct its first Research Workshop from 21 – 22 June 2011. Twenty one shortlisted applicants are invited to present their research proposals to an expert panel of reviewers. The presentations will be followed by a brief question and answer session.
The shortlisted proposals include those received through the external grant call and the core grant call as well. The grant applicants will have the opportunity to revise their proposals in accordance with NIHA objectives based on the feedback from the reviewers.
The workshop is the final round of review for NIHA Research Grants. It also serves as a platform for potential NIHA researchers to interact and build relationships that may lead to fruitful collaborative work in the future.
The final NIHA Research Grant awards will be awarded based on the reviews by the panel.
We expect to award 8-10 grants by August 2011. |
