The two-week long Programme is aimed at imparting skills in health policy and program design, implementation and evaluation, and healthcare leadership and management.
The Programme targets emerging leaders from government, parliament, civil service, academia and civil society who contribute to health services delivery in Asia and influence health policy.
NIHA's annual Leadership Programme aims to train future healthcare leaders to improve decision making and program implementation by policy analysis and data consumption.
Attendees can expect to become effective leaders and managers of healthcare organisations while at the same time learning how to better use experts and other available resources in tackling complex healthcare issues. |
