| The talk centers on the need to create an Asian community of scientists, strengthening Asia's science infrastructure and the challenges we still face in this regard despite rising incomes. The focus will be science and technology based innovation and he will try to show how the social sciences and humanities are also important in creating a favourable environment for S&T innovation to flourish. |
