FAQ
Student Particulars
1.
If there is a need for the University to contact me via email, which address would I be reached at?
As all students are assigned an email address by the University, communication would be made via the assigned NUS email address and not to their personal email address.
2. What should I do if I have changed my contact details, including residential and/or mailing address? How can I update my address
with the University? Who else should I update if I am currently holding other loan schemes?
Students who have changed their residential/mailing address are advised to update their new address with NUS promptly. This will allow NUS to communicate with them and to ensure that important correspondences reach the students in a timely manner.
Change of address may be updated online through the Student Center in myISIS.
Students who are also holding any of the following loans, including the Tuition Fee Loan, Study Loan, Notebook Computer Loan, Student Assistance Loan (Previously known as the Subsistence Loan and Cash Assist Loan) and Overseas Student Program (OSP) Loan, must also notify the relevant loan administering bank (DBS and/or OCBC) to update their correspondence address and contact details, including but not limited to their residential and mobile phone contact numbers. The Banks may be contacted as follows:
DBS Bank: 63330033
OCBC Bank: 1800-438 6088
