Business Debts Management

A thorough knowledge of the collection of business debts is as important as that of business management. Participants will appreciate the differences between personal insolvency and corporate insolvency in this course. Focus on the important procedural aspects of managing business debts. The necessary procedures and the execution of judgment debts including bankruptcy, winding up of companies, writ of seizure and sale, garnishee proceedings and receiverships will be discussed.
