Listening is one of the most important skills we can use when we communicate. It is a reality that how well we listen has a major impact on our job performance and productivity and on the quality of our relationships with colleagues, family and friends.

There is a major difference between hearing and listening.
Real listening starts from the inside and it is a fundamental communication tool very often overlooked in professional development and in life.
