Synopsis

A talented manager is the manager able to delegate and give people independence and responsibility to accomplish their goals, as well providing the guidance and be the model in order to help them to do it. Becoming a talented manager and a leader doesn’t happen just by having the title in a name card, but by mastering skills in knowing self better, thus becoming more confident and charismatic, as well as in knowing how to communicate effectively and relate to others. This interactive workshop will equip you with practical tools you can use to build more self-confidence, understand and communicate properly with yourself and others, and deal with any present or future dispute. A personalized coaching experience is also provided during the training. The course will also introduce concepts on cultural issues and challenges in this Globalize Working World. Our unique “training technology” will help you not only  becoming aware of what is holding you back but also create the awareness on how to become a guide and a model for your team.
