Each new lease is 12 month term, renewable on a 6 monthly basis up to a maximum of 24 months. Each renewal is subject to a review. |

The incubatee must abide by the agreement and the rules and regulations set forth by NEI. |

Monthly rental on office space is inclusive of utilities and GST. |

Basic furniture and internet connection will be provided. |

Incubatees will be charged for office services offered by NEI. |
