SYNOPSIS

Strategies, careers, companies, start-ups: They are all made of decisions. One critical skill that differentiates great leaders from the rest is decision making, especially in situations when the stakes are high. In technology ventures it is often the case. Knowing how to make the right choices in such situations can strongly influence your ability to get ahead in both your career and in life.

But how do you learn to make the right choices? What can we learn from experienced CEOs to propel us forward?

During this talk, Luda Kopeikina will explain the pitfalls and traps that we all fall into while making decisions. She will highlight techniques that are common in how expert CEOs make great decisions that turn out to be the foundation for true success.

Luda provides an entirely new way of decision making based on neuroscience, sports performance training and work with over 100 CEOs on their high impact decisions. Join us as we explore:

  • 5 core practices of successful decision making that separate the best from the rest
  • How our state of being influences our decisions
  • What can you do to improve your decision making now? What are the components of decision making that you need to focus on?
  • What can you do to deal with powerful emotions, yours and others, as you are facing a decision?
  • When you feel that you are stuck, how you can come out of it and make a clear choice.

This talk is ideal for managers who face decisions that impact people, projects and their company’s success.
