One of the three central pillars of NUS Enterprise, NUS Industry Liaison Office (ILO) is a key element in the University's drive for industry engagement and partnerships. ILO's mission is to promote industry collaboration, technology transfer and commercialisation of the University's intellectual assets and expertise. It manages and protects the University's intellectual property and promotes collaboration between NUS and industry. More specifically, it helps to facilitate the translation of new discoveries and inventions by NUS researchers into useful products and services through licensing these technologies either to existing companies and / or new startups. Research to Market Platform (R2M)

R2M Platform,an initiative by NUS Industry Liaison Office (A division of NUS Enterprise), was launched at the Technology Commercialisation Forum (TCF) 2008. It aims to provide the research community involving businesses, academic and research institutions and government agencies with the networking and partnering opportunities.
