Environmental Policy
The National University of Singapore will:

Establish an environment management system to measure and monitor operational activities with significant environmental impact. |

|
Develop educational and/or research programmes that will help teach, promote and implement the balance and harmony between man and the environment. |
|
|
Contribute to the protection and regeneration of natural resources and ecological systems for continuous and sustainable development. |
|
|
Protect, preserve and enhance the natural environment of the campus. |
|
|
Promote active participation from the campus community in exemplary environmental activites to minimise waste, prevent pollution and use resources efficiently. |
|
|
Encourage the university community to be proactive in maintaining and improving environmental quality. |
|
|
Provide service and guidance for activites that help increase environmental awareness, environmental improvement, resource protection and sustainability practices on campus, in Singapore and around the world. |
