Sustainability Executive - Sustainable Building
The position offers a great opportunity to experience both in green building design and environmental audit work within a dynamic campus environment.
The Sustainability Executive must have a passion for the environment, possess good writing skills and have a good grounding in the Green Mark Scheme and sustainable building design. Reporting to the Head of the Office of Environmental Sustainability, the Sustainability Executive shall develop, plan, coordinate and implement programs and policies (technical) related to carbon footprint reduction at the NUS campuses. Specifically, the Sustainability Executive shall be responsible for the following:

Maintaining and updating sustainable building guidelines and practises |

|
Co-ordinating with relevant departments to obtain requisite Green Mark standards for the relevant new and existing buildings |
 |
Conducting sustainability audits for existing offices and buildings at NUS |

|
Conducting research and executing viable sustainability projects such as cycling network, heat recovery system implementation etc |
| Qualifications |

|
Bachelor’s degree, Building Estate, Civil or Mechanical Engineering |

|
Good knowledge and keen interest in the environment and the field of sustainable development |
 |
Good writing, communication, analytical and organisational skills |
 |
Extremely versatile and able to work independently and efficiently |
 |
Strong ability to work constructively with a wide range of partners; a good team player |
