If you have not ordered the academic dress, please also come at the scheduled time and inform the staff that you only require the Invitation Package. The staff will assist and show you to the appropriate booth.
Click here for the collection schedule (available on 1 June 2013).
Please liaise with NUS Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society Ltd at copgown@nus.edu.sg if you are unable to come at the scheduled time.
Q3. I have misplaced my invitation cards. Can you replace them for me?
Due to the limited seating capacity of the University Cultural Centre (UCC) Hall, we are unable to replace your lost invitation cards. You may approach the Information Counter that is located at the UCC Foyer on the day of your ceremony to check if there are any available invitation cards for the ceremony.
Additional Invitation Cards
Q1. How can I request additional invitation cards for my guests?
Graduates are to submit their request for additional invitation cards when registering attendance via the Online Attendance Registration system.
Please take note that issuance of additional invitation cards depends on availability of seats at that particular ceremony and allocation is by balloting. Some ceremonies may have a larger number of graduates than others, hence there are fewer (or no) spare seats available for those ceremonies.
Q2. Can I appeal for additional invitation cards after the ballot result is released?
The ballot result is final. We regret to inform that we are unable to attend to any appeals/requests for additional invitation cards after the ballot result is released.
Q3. Why is it that there are no extra invitation cards available when my friend is not attending the ceremony?
We usually invite more graduates to each ceremony than the maximum number that the UCC Hall can hold. Thus, there will be no extra invitation cards if most of the invited graduates are attending.
