of Graduates
|
(For those who have registered their attendance by 5 June) You may check your seat number here if you have registered your attendance online by 5 June 2012. Otherwise, please refer to the seat number printed on the Graduate Attendance Card. The card will be given to you when you collect your academic dress at the Multi-Purpose Sports Hall. If you have not ordered the academic dress, you are still required to go to the Multi-Purpose Sports Hall at the scheduled time to collect the package of the Graduate Attendance/Invitation Cards. |
Information on the allocation of additional invitation card(s) is also available through here. If you have been allocated additional invitation card(s), you are able to collect the card(s) at either the Academic Dress Distribution Centre (Multi-Purpose Sports Hall 1, Sports & Recreation Centre), from 26 to 30 June 2012 when you collect your academic gown and invitation pack, or the Information Counter at University Cultural Centre on the day of your Commencement ceremony. Please note that as some ceremonies may have a larger number of graduates than others, there are less (or no) spare seats available for those ceremonies. We regret to inform that we are unable to accede to every graduate's requests. Except for the Main Ceremony, a viewing room is made available at Level 1 of the University Cultural Centre for guests without invitation cards to view the live webcast of the ceremony. Please invite your guests who do not have the additional invitation cards to view the live webcast of the ceremony. Your guests will need to register at the Information Counter for an admission card to the viewing room. Due to limited seating in the viewing room, admission is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, you may also view the live webcasts of all ceremonies via the Commencement website. You can click here to see the layout of the University Cultural Centre Auditorium. 26 to 30 June |
