How To Create Auto Signature
Signature is little snippets of text that is appended to the ends of the e-mail message. Sometimes signature list the sender's name, address, and telephone number. But they also include quotations, goofy character-based art, and even randomly generated messages. You can tell Outlook to add a signature to the end of your e-mail messages.
Creating a Signature
To create a Signature, choose the Signatures command from Tools -> Options -> Mail Format. Click on New to create a signature.

Click on OK to complete the Signature setting. You can specify the signature for the following:
-
Signature for new messages
-
Signature for replies and forwards
The Signature is appended automatically to the end of each of your messages.
