How To Recover Deleted Mail

When a mail is deleted, it is not deleted immediately. Instead, it is moved to the Deleted Items folder. If you want to recover the mail, you can go to the Deleted Items folder and move the mail back.

It is possible to recover the mail that you have deleted and have purged from the Deleted Items folder, provided the mail was deleted within the retention days.

To recover deleted mail, you must go to the Deleted Items folder first. Select from the menu, Tools/Recover Deleted Items. You would see the following screen.

This screen shows a list of the mail that has been purged from the Deleted Items folder over the last 7 days.

To recover any mail, just select the mail that you wish to recover, and click on the Recover Selected Items button which is the second button from the left.
