How To Import Singapore Holidays Into The Calendar

Outlook Calendar allows Singapore holidays to be imported to let users make better plans using their calendar

1. Download the Singapore Holidays from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) website in the form of iCalendar format (.ics).
   • For Year 2012, the file can be found here.
   • For Year 2011, the file can be found here.
   • For Year 2010, the file can be found here.
   • For Year 2009, the file can be found here.
2. From Outlook main window, select File, Import and Export...
3. Select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)
   
   

   

4. Select the .ics file that was downloaded from the MOM website.
5. Select Import when prompted.

The Singapore holidays has now been imported into your calendar.

I made a mistake during the import and I need to delete the calendar entries. How can I do it easily?

In Outlook, highlight Calendar and set the view to By Category as shown below. You can then delete the entries under Public Holidays.
