Purchase, Service and Support of NUS Notebook Ownership Scheme for Bukit Timah Campus
- Ordering of new notebooks
Staff and students may place orders with the cashier at Co-op@BTC outlet. There is a deposit of S$50. The cashier will not be able to provide service or information. Staff and Students should contact 67755162 for notebook sales enquiry.
Student applying for interest free loan should refer to the link on the left on "Interest-free Loan".
IT Co-op staff will be at BTC outlet every Wednesday (11.00am-12.00pm), and to collect the orders for new notebooks, and to provide services.
- Collection of new notebooks
New notebooks have to be collected at IT Coop@YIH (the new Co-op outlet at YIH, next to Student Service Centre). Trained staff at the outlet and the customer will check through the items, test the notebook, and do the "join domain" on collection of the notebook.
- Warranty service at BTC
There are two options:- Notebooks may be sent to Co-op@BTC for repair and repaired notebooks can be collected from the Co-op@BTC, during the hours when IT Coop staff is at Co-op@BTC. Staff and student can contact IT Coop staff at 67792942 for service of notebook enquiry.
- Vendors are also able to provide on-demand service.
