Using Outlook rules to prevent “Uh-oh!” after sending emails.

How many times have you sent an email and a few seconds later realized that your snarky comment was sent to the entire mailing list?  Or you left an embarrassing typo in an email to someone you were trying to impress?  Want to find out how you can still recover that email?

Using the Defer rule in outlook, you can setup a rule in Outlook that essentially pauses all message delivery for a few minutes after you click the Send button.  This small delay will give you a chance to recover the mail.

Refer to the steps and instructions at http://www.nus.edu.sg/comcen/NUSmail/tip-deferdelivery.htm if you are guilty of such mistakes and want to be so no more!
