How to Check & Change Your NUSNET Password

For security purposes, everyone has to change their password every 180 days.  How do you check for your NUSNET password expiry date?
 

  1. The “Message of the Day” that appears when you logon (windows computer) to your account will show the number of days before your password will expire, or you can bookmark the website for easy reference. https://wws.nus.edu.sg/motd2/staff.html


To change your NUSNET password when you are logged onto your PC in Campus:

Press ctrl+alt+del key -> change password

To change your NUSNET password online:

  1. Launch your internet explorer and browse to http://exchange.nus.edu.sg
     
  2. Scroll down the page and click on “Change Password” at the bottom left of the Outlook Web Access website.

  1. Enter the required information plus your “Old password”, “New password” and “Confirm new password”.  Click on “OK” to change it.


  1. The following message will be prompted to confirm your password has been changed successfully.
