Password Reset via SMS

Reset your NUSNET password conveniently and securely via SMS (Short Message Service).

To start using this service, ensure that your mobile number is registered correctly in myISIS or myNUS Staff Portal. Only SMS requests from the registered mobile number will be accepted.

Important: If your mobile number is not registered in myISIS or myNUS Staff Portal, you are unable to make use of the SMS service to reset your NUSNET password. Please set up your mobile number when you are logged in to myISIS or myNUS Staff Portal.

Send the below SMS to 78277 with your registered mobile number.

NUS RESET <NUSNET ID> <Last 5 characters of NRIC/FIN NO.>

Note: Case-insensitive.
