Forget Passwords

NUSNET Password (for staff)

·         You can download this form and print it out as a hardcopy.

·         Fill up your particulars on Section 2.

·         Fax the hardcopy to 6872-5231 and IT Care will get back to you once the password has been reset.

·         You will be required to change the temporary password to a secure one.

NUSNET Password (for students)

Students are required to proceed personally to Computer Centre level 1 (IT Care counter) with their matriculation / student cards to request for a password reset.

ESS Password and Oracle Password (for staff)

You may submit an online request to reset your ESS password. 

Administrator Password

You can only change the administrator password of your computer provided you are holding an account that has administrator rights on that computer. Take for instance, most of our NUSNET accounts has administrator rights on our own machine, thus you can try to login to your NUSNET account to change the administrator password by ...

·         Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts

·         Under Password for Administrator, click on Reset Password to proceed to change it.

Pin Number

Since pin number is encrypted on our staff / matriculation card, we do not encourage the reset of the pin unless necessary.

If you have simply forgotten your pin number, please login to the following website to request for it. Login with your NUSNET ID and email password.

If you have a valid reason to change the PIN, please bring your card to Computer Centre level 1 (ITCare).
