What Can It Do?

After installation of Office Communicator client and Live Meeting client, users can initiate any of the following forms of desktop meeting depending on their needs:

1. Instant message conferencing with Office Communicator 2007 - simple and most intuitive with text messaging only.
2. Video/audio conferencing with Office Communicator 2007 - add in video/audio for that personal touch.
3. Live Meeting with Office Communicator 2007 - video/audio with more advanced meeting features.
4. Live Meeting with Outlook - advanced meeting with video/audio, allows scheduling and permits anonymous participants.

Be sure to test your video camera, microphone and speaker first.
