Initiate Live Meeting From Office Communicator

  1. To start Live Meeting from Office Communicator, right-click on the contact(s) and select Share information using Live Meeting.

  2. After logging in, activate the various menus (circled in red) to turn on the respective panels. The more important ones include:

    • Attendees - See who are the current participants in the Live Meeting session.
    • Content - Materials uploaded by the presentor/meeting initiator.
    • Voice & Video - Interact with the participants who have Video/Audio turned on.

    You should also check your own microphone, speaker and video camera to ascertain if they are turned on (circled in green).
