Live Meeting 2007 Installation

1. To start the installation, simply click on this link to save the file onto a local hard disk drive or choose to run the file from that location.

2. You will see the following screen when the installation has started.

   

3. Wait for the installation to complete. Click on Close.

   

To initialise/test Live Meeting

1. Launch Live Meeting 2007 from Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007

   

2. Click the Menu Options (small inverted triangle) at the top left, select Open User Accounts.

   

3. Ensure that your Sign-in name is correct. This is usually in the format of UserID@nus.edu.sg

   

4. Click on Test Connection.

   If you receive a message saying Your Live Meeting login information was successfully verified, click OK to go back to the main window and proceed to step 6.

   If otherwise (which is usually the case if you are not logged in to the NUS Domain), click on Advanced and enter the information as below. Click OK.

   

5. Click on Test Connection again, it should be successful. Click OK to go back to the main window.

   

6. Click on Meet Now to go into the screen as shown below.

   

7. You have successfully initialised your Live Meeting configuration. Close Live Meeting.
