Caveats/Points To Note
- Active speaker - During the meeting with video camera enabled, all users will only be able to see the active speaker as well as the particpiant him/herself by default. This is to conserve the system bandwidth and to avoid participants losing track of that single active speaker throughout the meeting.
- Particpants without video camera - Particpants without video camera may still join the meeting with their built-in speaker and microphones. Others will not have video feed of such participants.
- LAND line connectivity - Live Meeting and Office Communicator cannot involve users who dial in from LAND lines. For anonymous particpants, it is recommended to set a PIN and invite them via email using Live Meeting and Outlook. More instructions can be found here.
