• Deliver Infrastructure IT service requests
• Continual outsourcing service improvement

Development

• Develop infrastructure architectural framework and execution of the framework
• Perform feasibility study on new technologies and develop solutions leading to executable projects
• Single point of contact for infrastructure related solutioning for both application and business projects

Service Management

• Develop and own all ITIL processes
• Develop infrastructure project management framework and execution of this framework
• Single point of contact for all hosting services requests
• Outsourcing SLA management and Resource Unit management

Service Desk

• Provide helpdesk and onsite dispatch services
• Oversee command centre operation and its integration with helpdesk
• Develop new service offering and enhance the existing service catalogue
