• The successful NUS Student Notebook Ownership Scheme incepted since 1998 was demand aggregated with NTU, and participating Education Institutes/secondary schools from the IDA EdVantage programme. The aggregation of 13,000 units has resulted in significant cost benefits to the students due to its large economies of scale.

  • Jointly launched the enterprise Digital Asset Management System (DAM) with CIT to centrally manage all the NUS digital media assets, and streamlining the submission, transformation and preservation of digital media for delivery, research, teaching and learning purposes.

  • Completed the largest IP telephony implementation in higher education with deployment of 5,500 IP phones for the faculty and staff.   • Completed overhaul of data centre with expanded floor area of 700 sq m, additional cooling power, backup generator and 24x7 hours environmental monitoring system in accordance to Uptime Standard Tier II/III Classification [more].

  • Commendation Medal awarded to Ms Tan Bee Guan - Assistant Director, in recognition of her dedicated service and contributions to the Nation at Singapore's 40th National Day Celebrations.

  • Commencement proceeding was automated to manage the queuing of over 8500 graduating students leading up to the stage in multiple sessions without having to pre-determine the queue order in matching the names being called upon by the academic officer on stage to receive the degree scrolls.
