Overview

As NUS celebrates its Centennial this year, the Singapore Mint has issued commemorative coins in gold, silver and cupro-nickel to mark 100 years of excellence in university education in Singapore. The coins are available individually and also in attractively packaged sets which include a specially-issued ingot featuring the new University Hall.

The 2005 NUS Centennial Commemorative Coins was launched at the NUS Centennial Dinner on 2 July 2005 by Guest-of-Honour, Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.
