The registration fee includes breakfast, morning and afternoon tea breaks, lunches and conference materials.

Note

Please use your reference number when making payment and/or corresponding with the Symposium Secretariat.

To qualify for group discount, all members must pay the registration fees within a week upon receipt of our email.
 
Payment
 
The registration fee must accompany online registration and be either paid online or sent to the Symposium Secretariat. Payment should be made in advance in Singapore dollars by bank draft, bank transfer, credit card, NETS or Internet banking. For payment by personal cheque, only Singapore cheques are accepted.

All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars.

Payment by Participants/Presenters

  • Payment by Credit Card (Amex/Visa/MasterCard)
  • Payment by Cheque/ Bank Draft - see details below
  • Payment via Internet banking
  • Payment at CELC (Cheque/Bank Draft/Credit Card/NETS)
  • On-site payment during symposium (Credit Card/NETS/Cash)

Payment by Institution(cheque/bank draft/telegraphic transfer)
  • Participants will email the information required i.e. name and address of the institution, as well as the name of the person to whom the invoice should be sent.
  • CELC will send an invoice to the institution to facilitate payment.
  • A receipt to the institution will be emailed once the payment for the registration fee has been processed.
  • For MOE delegates, please email us for more details on the registration procedure.
Payment by Cheque / Bank Draft

Cheques / bank drafts should be made payable to "National University of Singapore" with the following information written on the back of the cheque/bank draft: "CELC Symposium" and the name of the participant. Bank drafts must be drawn on a bank in Singapore.

The cheque / bank draft should be sent to the Centre for English Language Communication.

Note

Do state the invoice number on remitter detail in the TT application (under the message or instruction).

To ensure proper crediting in terms of payment, the participant/presenter should fax or mail the Telegraphic Transfer payment advice to the Centre for English Language Communication.

Payment by NETS/Cashcard

NETS/Cashcard is an electronic funds transfer at point-of-sale system provided by Network For Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd (NETS). Only ATM cards from DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC and Standard Chartered Bank are accepted by the system.

Payment at CELC

Cheques, bank drafts, credit cards and NETS payments are accepted at the Centre. Our office is open on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
 
Withdrawal Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.

Before 2 April 2013
A refund of the registration fee minus a S$100 administration charge.

After 2 April 2013
No refund will be made. However, a replacement is accepted but the application must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.
