The book received good reviews from institutions who had adopted the book. The book is adopted in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. The SM2 and SM3 students and tutors gave positive and encouraging feedback of how useful the book is. As a result, a second edition was written.

This project required the markers to identify and categorize errors based on a framework of errors that was developed by the three main investigators. To ensure inter-rater reliability, the markers had to attend 2 sessions on application of the framework.
