Requirements:

  • Qualified medical practitioner, registered with the Singapore Medical Council
  • At least 5 - 6 years of general practice and minor surgical experience
  • Pleasant personality with good communications skills and commitment
  • Knowledge of standard IT applications

Psychiatrist
(Full-Time or Part-Time)

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide outpatient individual or group psychotherapy to the NUS Community.  You will diagnose and treat patients with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders, as well as promote preventive medical care.

Requirements:
  • Qualified medical practitioner with a post-graduate degree in Psychiatry, registered with Singapore Medical Council
  • 10 years of relevant working experience

Senior Psychologist/Counsellor University Health Centre

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide time-limited individual, couples and/or group counselling, crisis intervention, psychological assessments, and outreach services to students and/or staff.

Requirements:
  • Doctorate or Masters degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, Counsellor Education or Clinical Social Work (preferably accredited by internationally recognized professional organizations like APA, CPA, BPS, APS etc.)
  • Able to work with students and staff of culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience in crisis intervention work
  • Previous relevant working experience
  • Previous experience working in a university counselling centre, conducting supervision, and conducting research/program evaluation would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement and promote workplace health and wellness programmes, e.g. Family Day, fitness activities, conferences and talks, educational tours, etc.
     
  2. Assess effectiveness of wellness strategies and efforts and develop plans to enhance employee wellbeing
     
  3. Publicise and communicate wellness initiatives to staff through multiple channels
     
  4. Manage service providers
     
  5. Financial and office management of Wellness Division in UHC
     
  6. Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Degree holder with relevant experience (disciplines related to sports and wellness would be an advantage)
     
  • Out-going disposition with passion fro sports and wellness activities
     
  • Good planning and interactive skills
