will appeal to qualified lawyers of 7-10 years PQE, who can work
steadily and are able to deal with legal and non-legal issues with a
sound level of maturity.Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on a wide range of issues including contentious
and non-contentious corporate/commercial, employment, property and
intellectual property matters
- Reviewing and drafting agreements and documents
- Advising on legal compliance, governance and policy issues
- Legal research
- Conducting or arranging in-house legal training and education
Requirements
- Recognised law degree and professional qualifications (preferably called
to the Singapore Bar)
- Minimum 7 years PQE in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel
- Strong corporate and commercial background; experience in intellectual
property an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
