Assistant Audit Manager (IT) Office of Internal Audit

OIA is looking for a committed and highly driven professional with a strong IT audit background to conduct audits and to provide advice on security and control of IT systems, applications, network infrastructure and data centres using a COBIT risk-based approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience in auditing J2EE, .NET and SAP applications
  • Experience in auditing Unix, Oracle and Windows platforms
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently

Qualification:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Accounting
  • Professional certification in CISA or CISSP
  • Minimum 5 years IT Audit work experience, preferably with some years in internal audit.

  Audit Manager / Assistant Audit Manager Office of Internal Audit

You will lead audits covering a diverse range of operational and financial functions and activities. You will evaluate business risks, develop audit plans and programs to test effectiveness of the risk management process and controls and recommend solutions to mitigate risks, improve controls and enhance effectiveness and efficiency of operations. You will also play an advisory role in providing inputs to line departments to promote a conducive control environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in an international accounting firm and internal audit departments of MNCs
  • Must possess strong understanding of relevant business and risk management issues
  • Proficiency in the use of computer-assisted audit techniques and a good knowledge of information technology are required
  • Familiarity and audit experience in the educational industry would be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and have a consultancy mindset
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, drive and sense of urgency
  • Be creative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and mature with strong oral and written communication skills
