You will provide administrative and logistics support to the organization
and running of the Institute’s programs and activities. In addition, you
will also serve as an editorial assistant for the Institute’s publications.
Program Coordination
• Co-ordinate with organizers in the planning, organizing and running of
programs and activities
• Provide administrative and logistics support to programs and activities
• Organize feedback from visitors
Visitor Services
• Liaise with visitors on pre-visit matters and prepare invitation letters
• Assist organizers on organizing social events
Publications
• Provide support as editorial assistant for the newsletter and other
publications
• Co-ordinate with authors, editors and publishers on publications
Minutes and Reports
• Assist in organizing meetings and write minutes for these meetings
• Prepare reports as required
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognized university
- At least 2 years of work experience in administrative work preferred
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Resourceful with initiative and enjoy interacting with people
