To build, maintain and manage the reputation of the
Faculty of Science (FoS) and raise public awareness of its programmes
and initiatives, by developing and implementing a dynamic strategic
communication plan using all forms of media and communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
-
Managing corporate media and public relations,
and developing marketing communications activities
-
Maintaining and managing FoS corporate website
-
Managing the production of corporate publications
(newsletters, annual report etc)
-
Preparation of press releases, speeches,
corporate collaterals and marketing and promotional materials
-
Managing corporate events and hosting visitors
Requirements:
-
A recognised
university degree in Mass Communications/ Journalism/ Public Relations or any
other related field with at least 5 years of relevant working
experience in Corporate Communications
-
Well versed in corporate branding,
communications planning and events management.

Relevant working
experience and/or proficiency in new media communications, as well
as web design and development
-
Excellent writing and presentation skills are
essential qualities
-
A good team player who
is able to work well with all levels
