To provide support in administrative matters to facilitate the management of University-level Research Centres and Institutes (RICS).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To advise RIC HR administrators on HR matters and review HR-related documents submitted for approval to ensure compliance.
  • To plan and provide administrative support for RIC meetings and lunch dialogues.
  • To provide support in the Annual Report exercise.
  • To provide support in the RIC Management Board and International Advisory Panel appointments.
  • To liaise with RICs and ILO/OLA on RICs’ MOUs and other legal matters
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Possess a keen attention to details
  • Proficient in MS Office
