Your responsibilities will include the following:
- To oversee the formulation of Physical Security Policies
including ensuring that the Security Master plan, Door Access Card
System and CCTV policies are implemented
- To oversee the reviewing, monitoring and also development of
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order for staff to perform
their duties efficiently and in the latter to ensure OCS stays
relevant and current with NUS mission and goals
- To drive the strategic planning and development of OCS
- To oversee the planning and development of security assessment
and audit services provided by OCS
- To oversee the planning and development of staff recruitment,
retention and development in OCS
- To oversee, plan and direct all administrative procedures,
logistical issues, IT procedures and financial compliances in OCS
- To oversee and monitor OCS budgeting requirements and
allocations and to ensure that all financial compliance are in order
- To oversee and strategies OCS research and planning focus in
accordance with NUS mission and goals
- Be a staff authority for Director OCS
- OptiCS (OCS internal newsletter) Editor
- To oversee and drive OCS IT reach out to the NUS community
- Chairperson of OCS committee for DACS policy
- As and when directed by Director OCS
Requirements:
- Possesses a Degree in any field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security industry, preferably
as a Senior Officer in the SAF or SPF
- Possesses good leadership and people management skills
- Possesses good communications and interpersonal skills
- Have a clear and analytical mind and able to make sound
judgements
- Good written, verbal skills
