    Event Details

    The Gospel of the Flesh El Evangelio de la Carne | 113mins | M18

    Gamarra, an undercover cop, desperately tries to save his wife from an unknown disease. Narciso is a barrista for the University team and struggles to get his brother out of prison. Félix, an interprovincial bus driver, tries to be accepted into the Brotherhood of the Lord of Miracles, after having caused a tragic accident. The three characters come together in the story, leading to an intense outcome of seeking forgiveness and reconciling with themselves

    To ensure everyone's safety, the following Safe Management Measures will be implemented:

    • Registration is required and walk-ins will not be accepted.
    • If you are unwell or experiencing any of the following symptoms – fever, cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties or loss of sense of smell – please see a doctor and we regret that you will not be admitted to the event.
    • Admission opens at 7pm and closes at 8pm.
    • All attendees are required to check-in via SafeEntry and activate TraceTogether.
    • Temperature Screening will be conducted. Attendees with temperature of 37.5oC or higher will be asked to leave.
    • Attendees are required to keep their masks on at all times and maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre from other attendees.
    • Only single seats are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
    • Tickets will be issued at the door and change of seats is not allowed.
    • To ensure everyone’s enjoyment of the film, please refrain from leaving your seat once the show has started.

    Other Terms and Conditions:

    • Food, drinks and flowers are not allowed inside the Auditorium.
    • Flash photography and videography are not allowed.
    • All mobile devices must be on silent mode or switched off.
    • Tickets will be issued at the door on a first come, first served basis.
    • All attendees are to comply with the Safe Management Measures at Shaw Foundation Alumni House.
    • A valid photo ID (student/staff pass not accepted) must be presented to gain entrance into all our non-G/PG rated films.
    • Photography and videography by the NUS Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) may be carried out throughout the event. OAR and its event partners (Embassy of the Republic of Peru) may use some or all of these images in its print publications, digital platforms and marketing channels.
