The scientific programme will consist of invited and submitted papers. Contributed papers may be selected for oral or poster
presentation. Intending authors are requested to submit an abstract of not more than 250 words to the Secretariat. The abstract should state the main points of the paper and describe clearly new and significant
results obtained. Abstracts must be prepared on a single side, double space typewritten form and must include author's address, affiliation, phone, e-mails and fax numbers, if any. Abstracts may be sent via regular mail, fax or e-mail. If sending via e-mail, you are to ensure that formatting, graphs, charts etc. will not be not
affected by the electronic transfer. The prefered file format for the abstract is MS Word.Type the title of the abstract in the subject field of the e-mail. E-mail your abstract to the CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT before 1st June 2000.
Important! You must also submit a completed registration form
with your abstract submission. Details of the requirements for the final
camera-manuscript format will be sent together with the notification of abstract acceptance before 1st July 2000. All investigators below 35 years old are encouraged to submit single-authored
papers as there will be a Young Investigator Award for this conference. Please include the letters "YIA" on the top right-hand corner of the abstract in your submission. |
