Situated within idyllic environs, PGPR is a self-contained student housing estate with an apartment-style living arrangement.
Catering to undergraduates as well as graduates, PGPR was designed to maximise the potential for interaction amongst its residents. The undergraduate single rooms are grouped into clusters of 15, and every resident in the cluster are entrusted with collective responsibility for their shared facilities such as a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom facilities.
Points for personal telephone, television and computer linkage to the university's network and the Internet, are provided in every room.
PGPR also houses an auditorium, seminar rooms, a multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, basketball and tennis courts, a jogging track, an exercise station, mini-supermarket, four food outlets and other service outlets. Distributed throughout the whole residence, are air-conditioned lounges, television rooms, meetings and reading rooms. PGPR is conveniently linked to the Faculties and other key facilities on campus via a shuttle service.

Undergraduates can choose from Type A, Type B or Type C single rooms, while graduate students will be housed in the Graduate Student Apartments (GSA).
10% of the single rooms (Type A) are air-conditioned with attached bathrooms, 20% of these are Type B (single room with washbasin), and the remaining 70% are Type C rooms.
View Room TypesGraduate Student Apartments comprises 50 Type 1 apartments and 150 Type 2 apartments. Type 1 GSAs are larger with a separate living area and bedroom, and are reserved for married graduate students. Type 2 GSAs are more compact, with the bedroom linked to the living and kitchen areas.
The two blocks of Graduate Student Apartments (GSA) in Prince George's Park Residences, offer 200 fully furnished Studio Apartments.
Married graduate students who wish to live with their families on campus will find the fully-furbished apartment comfortable. Each of these apartments is designed for a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children.
The apartment is well equipped with an en-suite toilet and shower a refrigerator, cooker hood and hob, oven toaster and microwave oven. Graduate students may choose between the two types of apartment units, i.e. Type 1 and Type 2.
Each apartment is wired with a telephone point and a high-speed LAN point for fast access to the NUS Intranet and Internet.
PGPR is well-served by the University’s free internal shuttle bus services to most locations within campus.

Located at the centre of Prince George's Park Residences, Foodgle Hub brings to you a hub where you can eat, shop and play. The first level, consisting of more than ten food stalls, offers an eclectic mixture of delicious Asian and Western cuisines, snacks, desserts and beverages. The lively second level, entirely run by our own students, provides a home theater, game zone, cafe and many shops for your entertainment.

With the seating capacity of 250, the canteen boasts 13 food stalls serving a wide variety of cuisine at affordable prices. Operating from 7am to 10pm daily, it is an alternative to other food and beverage outlets.

K. Gourmet Cafe opens from 11am to 10.45pm daily and offers a wide array of appetizers, salads, spaghetti and other specialty dishes. For more than 9 years, K. Gourmet has also managed every kind of events from seminars, conferences, government events to corporate functions.

SuperSnacks is the first fast food outlet in NUS to be fully designed, built, run and managed by students.
Operating from 8am to 2am daily during the academic semester, it specialises in light snacks like finger food, sandwiches, and the popular ice cream waffles from WaffleShop. SuperSnacks also serves continental breakfast items like sausage muffins, cereals, juices, as well as supper items like roti prata and pasta.SuperSnacks also feature entertainment facilities such as a pool table, a platform stage, plasma TV display as well as a audio-visual presentation system with connection to the NUS computer network.
SuperSnacks provides catering for small receptions for up to 100 people. Our catering menu includes pastries, finger food, beverages and local main courses like fried rice and bee hoon.

Operating from 9.30am to 9.30pm, the mini-mart sells a wide range of fresh, dried, and even frozen food, as well as daily household products and stationery. This is made convenient for residents who wish to display their culinary skills during their stay with us. Impromptu barbeque and gatherings are made possible with the mini-mart within our premises.
