There are air-conditioned Seminar Rooms for rent at PGPR and OHS @ UTown. A projector, presentation screen/drawing board as well as appropriate AV systems are provided for each room.

Single Rooms
PGPR, RVR and KFH offers single rooms for guests and conference participants during vacation periods.
4-Bedroom Apartments
OHS @ UTown (UTown Residence) has rooms for guests and conference participants throughout the year. 4 of these rooms are grouped into an apartment, with shared kitchenette, living area and bathroom.
Guest Apartments
PGPR and OHS @ UTown offers apartments for guests of the university throughout the year. These apartments are open to all visitors affiliated to NUS or who will be using NUS facilities. Apartments come with a separate bedroom, a living area and an attached kitchen.
Kent Vale Serviced Residence
Kent Vale Serviced Residence offers spacious fully-furnished apartments for guests of the University. Located amongst verdant surroundings yet within close proximity to amenities, Kent Vale Serviced Residence provides unparalleled convenience for on-campus living.
There are 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments which offer the convenience of a hotel with the comfort, space, privacy and familiarity of your own home.
Visitors’ Lodge
Visitors’ Lodge offers 20 fully-furnished suites; each has a cosy living area, built-in pantry, and a bedroom with an attached bathroom. Guests may request connecting or non-connecting rooms, and double or twin beds.
Each suite has its own individually-controlled air-conditioning system, a telephone, a television, tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini-refrigerator. Visitors' Lodge guests can also use the swimming pool at Kent Vale; please enquire with Reception for further details.

Other Facilities
Open-Air Amphitheatre
The Open-Air Amphitheatre at PGPR is conveniently located along the plaza walk and offers a charming site for informal performances. The Open-Air Amphitheatre can seat about 80 people.
